Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive for perfection in every piece, we understand that sometimes preferences change. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Original Packaging: Must include all original boxes, certificates, and invoices.
- Security Tag: The security tag must be intact and not tampered with.
2. Return Window
We provide a generous window for you to decide on your purchase:
Standard Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for another design within 15 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (engraved items, bespoke designs).
- Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or damage by a third-party jeweler.
- Nose pins and earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective).
4. How to Initiate a Return
Following these steps ensures a smooth return process:
- Request: Log in to your account and go to 'My Orders' to request a return, or contact our support team.
- Approval: Our team will review the request and provide a Return Authorization within 24 hours.
- Pickup: We will arrange a secure insured pickup from your address at no additional cost for eligible returns.
- Inspection: Once received at our facility, the item undergoes a thorough quality check by our gemologists.
5. Refund Process
After successful quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Bank Details: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for a secure NEFT transfer.
- Partial Refunds: If only part of an order is returned, the proportional amount will be refunded.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different design, the value of the original item will be credited toward your new selection.
If the value of the new item is higher, you will need to pay the difference. If it is lower, the balance will be issued as a store credit (gift card) which you can use for future purchases.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Note: We require clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We highly recommend recording a video while opening the package to ensure a quick resolution.
